Delivery rates and timeframes
There is an extra charge to deliver heavy or oversized items: The total delivery charge for your order will be displayed at checkout. Orders placed outside of working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) will begin processing the following working day. Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 1-5 working days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery. Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier. Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options. Special Delivery Areas – Delivery to special delivery areas may attract extra delivery surcharges. Special Order Items – Your order will be shipped to South Africa, expected lead times will vary – please contact us for the latest estimated timeframe. Shipping times are an estimate only due to the nature of international freight shipping. Once the stock arrives in South Africa, your order is expected to be fulfilled as above. We will endeavor to keep you updated in this process as information becomes available. Before you finalise your order, you have the option to indicate any specific delivery instructions in the “order notes” field. We will pass these on to our courier partner for their information. The Bestway Steel Pro MAX Frame Pool Set is from Bestway’s renowned range of superior strength above ground pools. Great for keeping family and friends active or simply a place to relax and float around on an inflatable lounger, a pool is a great addition to anyone’s garden. The pool set comes with an 530gal filter pump which can help keep your pool debris free.
Made with Bestway’s trademarked Duraplus™ construction, this material features a 3 ply reinforced layering system; a polyester mesh core encased in two layers of heavy gauge PVC, offering the utmost strength and durability. Built to withstand large water volume weight, harsh ultraviolet rays and chlorine, this is a pool that’s going to stand the test of time, giving you seasons and seasons of summer family fun! There’s even a reinforced band that wraps around the bottom of the pool liner to keep the legs firmly in position.
When it comes to setting up and packing away your Bestway Steel Pro MAX frame pool set, it comes with everything you need to make it easy. When it comes to removing the 10,220L of water, the integrated flow control drain valve makes things simple. All you need to do is attach the garden hose and you can direct the water to where you want to drain it.
This is an above ground pool and as a result is not suitable for building into the ground.
