Delivery rates and timeframes
There is an extra charge to deliver heavy or oversized items: The total delivery charge for your order will be displayed at checkout. Orders placed outside of working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) will begin processing the following working day. Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 1-5 working days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery. Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier. Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options. Special Delivery Areas – Delivery to special delivery areas may attract extra delivery surcharges. Engineered for ultimate comfort, the Black Diamond Circuit is stylistically sharp, super sticky, and ultra-durable, making for a performance lifestyle shoe that’s equally at home at the gym, crag, or bar. Featuring a breathable knit upper for temperature control and a low-rise, collapsible heal that can easily flip down for a slip-on feel, the Circuit can also handle approaches thanks to its BlackLabel-Street sticky rubber outsole. Rubber toe protection adds security, and the webbing loops allow for various tagging and stowing options for when the trail ends and the climbing begins.
