Delivery rates and timeframes
There is an extra charge to deliver heavy or oversized items: The total delivery charge for your order will be displayed at checkout. Orders placed outside of working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) will begin processing the following working day. Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 1-5 working days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery. Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier. Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options. The Storm 500-R is engineered for epics in all conditions, featuring a robust waterproof/dustproof housing and 500 lumens of bright light. Powered by an integrated high capacity 2400 mAh Li-ion battery with micro-USB charge port, the Storm 500 R also features a sustainably made elastic headband with Repreve recycled textiles.
The compact body is ergonomic, and the updated user interface includes a secondary switch for easy mode selection. In addition, the updated optical efficiency not only provides brighter light, but also saves battery life that you can now easily track with a six-setting, three-LED battery meter. The Storm 500 R also has three different colored night vision modes and peripheral white lighting for close-range activities like carefully re-racking for the final summit pitch in the dark. The headlamp has BD’s Brightness Memory feature, which allows you to turn the light on and off at a chosen brightness without reverting back to the default, full power setting. The Storm 500 R’s PowerTap Technology enables you to quickly and easily access maximum brightness with the touch of a finger.
