Orders placed outside of working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) will begin processing the following working day.

Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 1-5 working days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery.

Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier.

Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options.

Special Delivery Areas – Delivery to special delivery areas may attract extra delivery surcharges. Special delivery areas include: Mines, Power stations, Plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, Game lodges, Port / Harbours, Embassies and Consulates.

In order to avoid these additional remote and/or special area delivery surcharges, you can supply us with an alternative delivery address to your billing address. Bulk Orders – We reserve the right to re-quote delivery costs on bulk orders that attract excessive delivery charges from our courier.

International Orders – Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside of the Republic of South Africa so that we can quote you on overseas delivery rates.

Made to Order Items – Some products will indicate that they are “Made to Order” – these are made to order by our supplier and, as such, can take longer to be dispatched. If you require a more accurate timeframe for a made to order item, please contact us before ordering.

Special Order Items – Your order will be shipped to South Africa, expected lead times will vary – please contact us for the latest estimated timeframe. Shipping times are an estimate only due to the nature of international freight shipping. Once the stock arrives in South Africa, your order is expected to be fulfilled as above. We will endeavor to keep you updated in this process as information becomes available.

One of the most exciting projects over the last few years is this spectacular collaboration between three parties. The Kwaiken folder, designed by custom knifemaker Lucas Burnley, continues to be one of the most successful projects from Boker Plus since its introduction. With Boker being involved from Lucas’s first drawing on a napkin, the enormous popularity of the knife resulted in dozens of options. Now, a new player joins the game, and together with ProTech Knives, Boker and Lucas Burnley have lifted the Kwaiken folder to a whole new level. The 100% American-made Kwaiken Automatic combines the slim, minimalistic Kwaiken design with the perfect Automatic mechanism which only ProTech is able to deliver.

The perfect action of the push button automatic makes opening the Kwaiken a breeze, and the strong spring delivers an impressive kick when the blade locks open. The CNC-milled aluminium handle is robust and shows the same exciting Kwaiken design lines. The blade is made out of the U.S. made 154CM blade steel with two-tone finish, and provides high edge retention. Thus, theBoker Plus Kwaiken Automatic provides a completely new level in the Kwaiken series, and provides a unique, but versatile pocket knife suitable for many tasks. Includes pocket clip.
