Delivery rates and timeframes
There is an extra charge to deliver heavy or oversized items: The total delivery charge for your order will be displayed at checkout. Orders placed outside of working hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) will begin processing the following working day. Orders are usually dispatched for delivery within the above quoted processing time after your payment has cleared. Courier transit time once dispatched is usually 1-5 working days, depending on our courier partner’s routes and workloads. Outlying regions may take a couple of days longer for delivery. Please remember that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We will notify you on the dispatch of your order to our courier partner indicating your order tracking number. If you are provided with a delivery PIN (digital signature) for your shipment, please treat this securely – do not provide the PIN to anyone unless you are in receipt of your package, provision of this number to your delivery person will sanction parcel delivery. Orders are sent via standard economy shipping; applies within the territory of the Republic of South Africa to street addresses routinely serviced by our national courier. Remote Areas – Delivery to certain outlying addresses may not be possible or may attract additional delivery surcharges – in this instance we will contact you to discuss delivery options. Special Delivery Areas – Delivery to special delivery areas may attract extra delivery surcharges. Special Order Items – Your order will be shipped to South Africa, expected lead times will vary – please contact us for the latest estimated timeframe. Shipping times are an estimate only due to the nature of international freight shipping. Once the stock arrives in South Africa, your order is expected to be fulfilled as above. We will endeavor to keep you updated in this process as information becomes available. Before you finalise your order, you have the option to indicate any specific delivery instructions in the “order notes” field. We will pass these on to our courier partner for their information. Use your Big Pig stove undercover whilst staying smoke free with the Ozpig Big Pig Offset Chimney Kit
If you want to use your Big Pig in an undercover (but open) area such as a veranda, but you don’t want to sit with all the smoke then the Ozpig Big Pig Offset Chimney Kit is for you. This kit consisting of two elbows and one locking straight section will give you an overall 400mm offset to you chimney allowing you to bring your Big Pig out of the weather while the smoke blows away. The offset chimney now comes with an additional safety socket mounted on the underside, allowing you to place a tentpole underneath to support the weight of the chimney so that you do not counterbalance your Big Pig. Just remember, always ensure adequate ventilation (Ozpig wood fired stoves are not for indoor use).
